Song Review

"Let us be lovers,
We'll marry our fortunes together.
I've got some real estate,
here in my bag"

This song sums up feelings of complete freedom as well as its scary implications and illusions. The atmosphere in the beginning of the song is joyous and free of worry but changes through the song towards sadness and frustration with a strong hint of melancholy.

Musically the song is very mellow and emotional with multiple layers, great detail and cohesion. The result is a beautiful, timeless piece of music.

America also has my vote for best ever use of a song in a movie. The way the song (and cover) is used in Cameron Crowe's "Almost Famous" is just perfect.
